Artist Statement

Archie's work often comes together as a multi-faceted mirror reflecting their own questions and anxieties about the evolution of life, the inevitability of death, and the purpose of either in the vast unknowns of the universe. The elements that repeat in this continuing illustrative series are symbolic of existentialism, spiritualism, nature, and the physical laws of space and time. Archie encourages viewers to consider the repeating elements in these works while contemplating their own questions and anxieties.

Some of Archie's work is lighter, inspired by dreams and the aesthetics and nostalgia they're drawn to as time goes on and their experiences and opinions about life change.
